1. Introduction

A) Welcome to our website (“www.aktienherald.com“, the “Website”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Website, and regulate the offer, transmission, and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products between users of the Website and Aktien Herald (OxBridge Media Inc) (“Aktien Herald”, “we”, “us”).

C) We may update or amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

2. Use of the Website

  • The Website is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You are responsible for any unlawful, false, or misleading information you provide.
  • Misuse of the Website or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

4. Orders

  • Orders are placed by adding products to your cart and completing checkout.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, and other WooCommerce-supported gateways.
  • You will receive an Order Confirmation Email and later a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Providing incorrect shipping details is your responsibility.
  • Aktien Herald may decline or cancel orders at its discretion.
  • Preorders are charged immediately and shipped within 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • If a product is discontinued, orders may be canceled and refunded.

5. Prices & Payments

  • All prices include VAT (where applicable).
  • Orders shipped outside the EU may incur customs duties and taxes, payable by you.
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe and WooCommerce providers.
  • If payment is not received, your order may be canceled.

6. Promo Codes

  • Must be applied at checkout; cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Conditional discounts (e.g., bundles) are void if part of the order is returned.

7. Delivery

  • Standard orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Preorders ship once stock is available; delivery estimates appear on product pages.
  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days. Express delivery: 1–2 business days.
  • All shipments include tracking.
  • Refusal or failure to collect packages may result in return shipping charges to you.

8. Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days if products are unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective.
  • Outlet/refurbished products are non-refundable; eligible returns may be compensated with store credit.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned.

9. Warranty

  • Warranty period: 2 years from delivery, covering manufacturing defects.
  • Claims must include photo/video documentation sent to info@aktienherald.com with subject “Exercise Warranty.”
  • If a defect is confirmed, we cover shipping and replacement.
  • Warranty excludes misuse, accidents, modifications, and normal wear and tear.

10. Website Use

  • The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Product Information

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices, specifications, and descriptions without notice.
  • Product photos are illustrative; actual appearance may vary.

12. Complaints

  • Goods must be inspected upon delivery. Any transport damage must be reported immediately to both the carrier and us.
  • Complaints must be submitted to info@aktienherald.com with order number, reason, and documentation.
  • If a returned item is found fault-free, you bear return shipping costs.

13. Liability

A) AktienHerald’s responsibility for errors in delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. We bear no responsibility for incompatibility, delays, downtime, data loss, additional work, or economic harm.

B) We warrant that any product purchased is of satisfactory quality, reasonably fit for common purposes, and will remain so for 24 months from delivery.

C) Our liability for losses is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

D) This does not exclude liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Any matter where exclusion of liability would be unlawful.

E) We are not responsible for indirect losses, including:

  • Loss of income or revenue;
  • Loss of business;
  • Loss of profits or contracts;
  • Loss of anticipated savings;
  • Loss or corruption of data;
  • Wasted management or office time.

F) This applies whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including government action, war, fire, flood, labor disputes, supplier delays, transport issues, or criminal activity.

15. Site Usage & Intellectual Property Rights

  • Security violations (e.g., unauthorized access, hacking, flooding, mail bombing) are prohibited.
  • The Site may only be used for lawful, personal purposes.
  • We reserve the right to investigate and cooperate with law enforcement regarding violations.

16. Site Contents

  • All materials (images, text, graphics, videos, designs, trademarks) are the property of Aktien Herald or its licensors.
  • Content may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Copying, modifying, or redistributing content without prior written consent is prohibited.

17. User Content

  • User-generated content (e.g., social media posts) remains your property, but we take no legal responsibility for it.
  • Suspected copyright violations should be reported to our support team.

18. Reviews

  • By submitting reviews, you grant Aktien Herald a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and display the content.
  • You represent that you own or control the rights to your content.
  • You agree to indemnify us for third-party claims arising from your content.

20. Retention of Title

  • Products remain the property of Aktien Herald until full payment is received.

  • These Terms are governed by Danish law.
  • Danish courts have exclusive jurisdiction, unless local law grants you mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

23. Termination

  • We may terminate your account or Website access at our discretion if you breach these Terms.
  • Termination may occur without prior notice.

24. Amendments

  • We may revise these Terms from time to time.
  • The Terms in force at the time of your order apply to your contract with us.

25. Referral Scheme

  • Referral credits may be earned by introducing new customers.
  • Credits are non-transferable, non-cash, and expire after 12 months.
  • Fraudulent use may result in withdrawal of credits.
